5 Brands That Bring Whimsy Into Your Home, Food and Fashion

Love a modern, organized, luxe styled home ~ but gotta have a colorful, playful, whimsical art piece, statement wall or mural? Love the Kerri Rosenthal style aesthetic.  Wanna live life on the sunny side?  You will love Kerri's style. Been to her Westport, Connecticut flagship store. It’s full of fun and color!  Kerri is a lifestyle brand ~ everything from fashion, home, to art.  If you love bright colors, happiness design, hearts and smile faces ~ Kerry is your girl! So many favorites. Love the blocks of love. Favorite is the mr happy and heart of gold.  If you're looking for unique pieces to put together a wall gallery or statement wall ~ you may like her surfboards or guitars.  OR a statement wall of sunshine and happiness would definitely be this wallpaper.

LET’S DRINK WITH CHICKENS 

Kate Richards from Drinking With Chickens is ALL about a playful lifestyle.  She shares "garden fresh craft cocktail recipes, pet-centric home decor and backyard chicken shenanigans"! Visit her for inspiration, cocktails & her colorful chicken coop. You don’t have to love her country lovin’ style to find whimsy inspiration and humor.  She's got the whimsy language down.  Instead of asking you to join her Newsletter, she says . . . “shake your mail feathers!”, or follow her on Instagram?  ~ no, she calls it her "Chicktagram".  It's a big dose of fun over there in the chicken coop.

REVOLUTION WITHIN

Robin Brown, Magnolia Pearl’s creator and designer says . . . "Every time you wear Magnolia Pearl you are cocooned in supple encouragement, dressed to reflect the revolution within."  Love how Robin describes the "revolution within".  You may kinda feel like you have a modern (or more restrained) style aesthetic to your home or fashion and are apprehensive to express winks of playful.  I say . . . show it, wear it, celebrate it!  Adding personality pieces to our life make us happy and smile! Magnolia Pearl has such a distinctive, artistic style. For me, I wear her pieces (graphic tees) with a tailored pencil skirt, nude pumps or sling backs. Think this All Over Love Tee  and neon sweatshirt is fun.  It's a way I express luxe, tailored style with unique personality.

FLY LIKE A BUTTERFLY

Sophia Webster is a British luxury accessories designer known for her beautiful, romantic & fun butterfly shoes.  Is there a shoe designer more whimsal than fluttering butterflies at your feet?  Again, another piece where I would wear a very simple, classic dress with the shoes being the playful statement.  Definitely a skirt or dress ~ gotta show the butterflies on the heels.

IT'S NOT SO SERIOUS

Jonathan Adler is a Potter and Designer. He creates luxe and livable interiors that are seriously designed ~ but don’t take themselves too seriously.  He describes his style as Modern American Glamour.  Love that. It's exactly what we are talking about when we talk about our brand mission . . . "luxe style, with "winks" of whimsy. Jonathan has lots of winks. Artwork has a fun spin in that it's beaded.  Or maybe you are looking for a playful furniture?  The fabric and quality reads luxury ~ but the silhouette reads playfulness.  That's where you can combine and marry the two aesthetics ~ luxury and playful.
