Love Lately Beginning of Fall Season Edit

Oct 03, 2026

With the first day of fall last week, the New England-er in me is lovin’ the arrival of this season.  It’s my favorite time of the year ~ the turning of the leaves, walking the trails of the Berkshire mountains covered in colorful autumn leaves, cozy sweaters, warm fall drinks, plaids and flannel and apple picking.  I'm ready for it ~ here are some things I have my eye on and have already been enjoying.

FALL HOT & COLD COZY BEVERAGES

I’ve turned into more of a cold coffee person, but in the Fall I tend to lean into those hot cozy fall drinks. (with cold foam on top!)  I always go for the tried-and-true fall flavors ~ but I found this bonbrun brand and it caught me eye. They have unique flavors.  So, I’m going to expand and mix it up this fall with the flavors.

Have a flavor that you look forward to every season? That one for me is Williams and Sonoma Five Apple Cider Concentrate. Thankfully, they have it every year.  But, I’m going to expand and I found this great list over at Pure Wow with tons of great ideas for fall drinks.  AND in the spirit of new flavors ~ got my eye on Half Baked Harvest  dark and stormy fig drink.

Thinking some new mugs for my new flavors is in order ~ have the Old Havana pieces in both blue and mint ~ but the beige has a great fall palette vibe. Old Havana is one of my favorite stonewares from Anthropologie.  They are understated, 1 color ~ but love the texture of the pieces.  Why not add the beige mugs to the collection for the Fall!  And I do love a wide open mouth to cups so I can fit a lot of the cold foam ~ which is my favorite part of coffee drinks.

Fun things to have with with your favorite fall beverage.

Chocolate Acorns
Pecan Pie Latte Mixer Kit
Sugar Fina Coffee Candy
Compartes Apple Pie Gourmet Chocolate Bar

I'm a bit intrigued by this Williams Sonoma sweet pistachio butter.

COZY FALL SWEATERS

It’s cozy sweater time!  Usually, I reach for either cashmere or chunky knit ~ but got my eye on this Sezane sweater that ozzzzzes comfy and cozy.  And of course, boots, cause a New England girl in the snow needs her Sweet Talker Snip Toe Boots ;)

WARM FALL BEDDING

Nothing better than cold night having flannel sheets and layers of cozy bedding on a Fall Night.  We have the windows open well into October, so a warm bed is a must.  My go-to is Jenni Kayne alpaca basketweave pieces.  The basketweave pillow and basketweave throw. AND just saw this Sophie Faux Fur Throw that is already on it's way to us!   Then this one striped throw and floral throw caught my eye as well.  Can never has too many blankets, right?!

LET’S GET BAKING

Can we even talk about Fall without talking about Fall Baking?  While I spent my summer baking recipes from Love and Lemons with beautiful summer produce from the Farmers Market ~ gotta say . . . Their fall recipes look equally as delicious.  Need some new recipes for the Fall? Check out their Round Up of Fall Recipes.  I’m going for the Spaghetti Squash and Apple Crisp.

Happy Fall,

Bonnie ~
