As a Lifestyle Photo Stylist, we receive a Creative Brief that guides and drives our styling and visuals for clients.  Oftentimes we are given a mood, feeling, palette, pattern and/or inspiration that guides the campaign, website, printed collateral ~ everything. Today we're taking butterflies.  When a clients says "I want a feeling of butterflies" it can mean many things.  It can be literal, it can be a feeling of spring and renewal, it could be a color palette, it could be a butterfly pattern. Sometimes, I get just the one object or word for inspiration and I go with to do style sourcing. I do a "deep dive" of inspiration.  Our weekly Creative Brief feature is an example of how we find products to style with.
