Gingham Lifestyle in Fashion, Home Decor and Tabletop Style

As a Photo Stylist and Creative Director I'm always researching and keepin' an eye out for what’s new, exciting, fun and fresh!  From the luxury to the whimsical we share them in our Love Lately Weekly Feature.

While sourcing, researching and purchasing, here is what I found this week across the lifestyle market of home, food and fashion.  While deciding a pattern for photo shoot, many trends (& classics) caught my eye, but I found my way to gingham and it's nostalgic feel and vibe and how many designers of both fashion and home has modernized them with either elegance or fun and this Gingham Style Edit reflects finds this week.

GINGHAM FASHION

Oscar De La Renta gingham collection is beautiful. Classic gingham nostalgia married with elegance. This Gingham Bustier Dress as Oscar De La Renta says ~ fresh refinement. Perfectly paired with this Flower Detailed Gingham Coat.  These silhouettes balances playful nostalgia with polished femininity.

We talked about Ermanno Scervino in our 10 Pieces Lace Edit this week, but equally beautiful is his gingham collection.  The Marocain Jacket, Marocain Shorts and the coordinating Trumpet Trouser.

Zara, always brings some fun gingham fashion. Loving this Gingham Jacket.

JILL ROSENWALD POTTERY

Love Jill Rosenwald pottery.  Her designs come in many patterns and colors, but a favorite is definitely the Gingham.  Perfect for upcoming summer meals, entertaining and placing some beautiful blooms in to bring in the summer fragrance.  As I always say, I multi-purpose everything.  You will think of so many ways you can use and style her pieces.  The gingham salt cellar, gingham belly bowl and the oyster tray with pinch bowl.
